Lyme Bay Damson Reserve Liqueur - 350ml
Lyme Bay Damson reserve liqueur requires the longest soaking period of the fruit in London Gin. The damson berries are picked locally before being frozen and only once frozen are they added to the gin. The alcohol speeds up the thawing process which helps to draw out as much of the flavour and colour as possible. Once ready the mixture is left to settle for around four months before being bottled.
