Death's Door New Make Spirit Test Tube miniatur - 50ml



Death's Door New Make White Spirit was a pioneer in the whisky category and has an 80:20 mash of hard red winter wheat to malted barley. With a unique character this spirit starts back in the process of fermenting the grains by utilising a champagne yeast rather than a traditional whisky yeast.

The spirit is then twice distilled to 80% abv before being rested in stainless steel vats. The new liquid is then transferred to uncharred Minnesota wooden oak barrels to help bring the "white whisky" together.

The palate is unmistakably whisky, a smooth double-distilled varietal with vanilla, chocolate covered raisins, and dark cherry flavours.
